Jeep offers the Renegade in four trim levels. The base Sport model comes outfitted with standard features like a height-adjustable driver's seat, heated and power-adjustable mirrors, a six-speaker sound system, air conditioning, cruise control, Bluetooth, a USB port, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, 5-inch touchscreen, and more. The Latitude and Limited gain a 7-inch touchscreen, roof rails, smartphone integration, dual-zone automatic climate control, automatic headlights, keyless entry and ignition, leather upholstery, automatic wipers, and remote engine start. The Trailhawk trim level gets more off-roading oriented trim levels like a raised suspension, all-terrain tires, full-size spare tire, tow hooks, skid plates, and hill descent control.
What kind of powertrain options are available for the 2020 model year?
There are two engine options offered for the 2020 Renegade. The standard engine is a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder that powers the Sport and Latitude models. This engine kicks out 180 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque. The second engine, a 1.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder creates 177 horsepower and 210 pound-feet of torque. This engine powers the Limited and Trailhawk trim levels but is also offered for the Sport and Latitude trims.The standard drivetrain is 2WD for both engines but 4WD is available for all trims except the Trailhawk where it is standard.Jeep pairs both engines with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
