How is the 2025 Dodge Charger SIXPACK Powered?

Dodge introduces an all-new engine for the 2024 model year. Dubbed hurricane, the new engine is a 3.0L twin-turbocharged straight six-cylinder. While placing a higher priority on fuel efficiency, the Hurricane engine proves that Dodge hasn't forgotten about its high-performance roots. It comes in two variants: standard output and high output. The standard output engine pumps out an impressive 420 horsepower. This is a significant upgrade from the 370 horsepower 5.7L V8 under the hood of the R/T trim of the Charger's previous generation while also increasing fuel economy. Meanwhile, select trim levels come with the high-output variant of the hurricane engine, which lays down a heart-pounding 550 horsepower. Compare this to the 485 horsepower from the 6.4L V8 in the outgoing Scat Pack trim, and you're sure to be impressed! The new Hurricane engine pairs with a smooth-shifting TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission that powers an advanced all-wheel drive system for maximum traction.

Classic American Muscle Style with a Modern Twist

The 2025 Dodge Charger offers two different body types depending on the power output level you choose. when you select a standard output model, you'll get a four-door sedan body. Meanwhile, when you select a high-output model you'll get the full muscle car experience for the two-door coupe. Although it may sound impossible, Dodge struck the perfect balance between vintage muscle car style and modern design elements. Dodge reverted the 2025 Charger's emblem to the Fratzog logo found on Dodge models from 1962 to 1976. The triangular badge can be found on the wheel center caps, grille, and rear fascia. The grille features a thin white LED light bar stretching the width of the hood. Meanwhile, the Fratzog logo at the center of the grille is illuminated by white LED lighting to give a modern twist to the classic logo. Meanwhile, the rear fascia features "ring of fire" red LED lighting encircling the red LED-illuminated Fratzog logo. Both the headlights and taillights are reshaped for the 2025 model year and illuminated by LED bulbs as standard equipment. Dodge introduces three new exterior paint options, including Peel Out orange, light blue Bludicrous, and dark blue After Dark. Meanwhile, colors that have been staples in the Charger lineup remain, including Triple Nickle, Diamond Black, White Knuckle, Destroyer Grey, and Redeye.

Cabin Design of the 2025 Dodge Charger

The exterior is just an introduction to what lies within the all-new 2025 Dodge Charger, which is the most comfortable and convenient muscle car cabin ever. The classic yet modern design continues into the cabin with a modernized version of Dodge's vintage 'pistol grip' shifter. Meanwhile, the modern ignition push button is relocated to the center console for a more intuitive position. The center console is also home to a storage bin that doubles as an armrest, a wireless charging pad, and two illuminated cupholders. Standard equipment includes premium black cloth upholstery, while Nappa leather is available in either Demonic Red or black. Upgrade packages are available to add exclusive content to the 2025 Charger, including the Carbon & Suede Package, Track Package, and Plus Group. The 2025 Charger is also the most high-tech one as well, featuring Uconnect 5 on a 12.3-inch landscape-oriented center touchscreen. Uconnect 5 features impressive content like five user profiles, Amazon Alexa, wireless smartphone integration, dual Bluetooth integration, and much more. Meanwhile, for pertinent driving information, a fully digital 10.25-inch gauge cluster sits behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel.
