What is the Charger Daytona's BEV Powertrain?
One aspect that sets the Charger Daytona apart from the rest of the Dodge lineup is its incredible electric powertrain that brings you exceptional capability and power, without the emissions! This means you can enjoy that classic muscle car experience while still benefitting from the Charger Daytona's fuel efficiency. Under the hood of the Dodge Charger Daytona, you'll find the all-new Banshee electric propulsion system, rated at 800 volts. This system is said to allow the Charger Daytona to be faster than the legendary Hellcat models! There are two other key components to the Charger Daytona's powertrain. The first is the eRupt transmission system, with multiple speeds, and an exciting PowerShot feature that delivers an extra dose of horsepower with the press of a button. Lastly, the Daytona also features a Fratzonic chambered exhaust system that creates a signature muscle car "growl" measuring up to 126 decibels thanks to an amplification system.

Dodge vehicles have always celebrated the muscle cars and performance vehicles of the 60s and 70s, and the Charger Daytona shares in this theme with features like a front grille design inspired by the iconic 1968 Charger. This front grille is adorned with the Fratzog logo, which represents the electronic features of the Charger Daytona. Inside, you'll find a sleek and stylish design that carries over the electric themes with a circuit board-inspired pattern that weaves its way throughout the interior. You'll also find blue and silver accent stitching throughout, making the black upholstery pop. The dashboard is inspired by an airplane cockpit, with everything angled towards the driver putting you in full control. Other features include a panoramic glass roof, and ambient interior LED lighting.
