What Powertrain does the Grand Wagoneer Have?
All trim levels of the 2022 Grand Wagoneer receive the same robust engine, that being the 6.4-liter V8 paired with an 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. This system produces 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque while also maximizing fuel efficiency thanks to variable camshaft timing and cylinder deactivation. The Grand Wagoneer features standard 4-wheel drive, as well as Quadra-Lift air suspension, which adds up to two inches of lift for a maximum ground clearance of 10.0 inches. This also helps the Grand Wagoneer achieve up to 24 inches of water fording. For the off-road enthusiast, the Grand Wagoneer offers the available Advanced All-Terrain Group, which includes tow hooks, underbody skid plates, hill-descent control, and the Selec-Terrain traction management system with five different modes for a variety of conditions.
What are the 2022 Grand Wagoneer's Design Features?
The Grand Wagoneer has a luxurious appearance both inside and out. The front grille is framed by a chrome "Wagoneer" front badge that spans the width of the vehicle. Its windshield features acoustic laminated glass, and there's even an available tri-pane panoramic sunroof. Inside, the Grand Wagoneer features three rows of seating for up to eight passengers, and even the base level trim features standard Nappa leather upholstery. Upper trim levels kick things up a notch with premium quilted Palermo leather, as well as heating and ventilation for the front two rows of seats, and massaging and power lumbar support for the front seats. There are also power-deploying running boards, ambient LED lighting, and an available temperature-controlled cooler bin for the center console.

The Grand Wagoneer offers an impressive safety suite, with features such as blind-spot monitoring, active lane management, and adaptive cruise control with stop and go all standard. The Grand Wagoneer also has plenty of entertainment features, including the new Amazon Fire for Auto system, which allows passengers to access their favorite Fire TV media right where they left off from home using the Home to Car function.
