Driving the 2013 Grand Cherokee
There aren't many vehicles out there that can perform on and off-road, and do so efficiently. The Grand Cherokee is just that. At the start of the lineup is the 290-horsepwoer, 3.6-liter V-6 and the new PentaStar (which is used across multiple Chrysler vehicles). It runs on the E85 ethanol blend, variable valve timing and great midrange power. Each year it seems like the Grand Cherokee seems to maintain its power, but reduce the sound of the engine, and seems to run a lot smoother. The optional engine is a V8 5.7-liter, and even though it may not be a HEMI, it sounds like one and runs like one.
Design of the 2013 Grand Cherokee
No more blocky appearance, this is what Jeep fans were hoping for and this is what they got. The 2nd generation design of the Grand Cherokee looked even more outdated than the original first edition design. Now the edges are cleaner, and overall the Grand Cherokee can be described as a pretty sports utility vehicle. On the interior of the Grand Cherokee's looks even better than before, with its chunk three-spoke steering wheel, a resourceful center control, real wood trim and clean dash. Overall the interior is clean it is simple and is comforting.
Model Lineup

Conclusions
When you have a vehicle like the Grand Cherokee in your lineup, there isn't much you need to do in terms of change, because the vehicle is naturally so receptive by the fan base. But what Jeep was able to do, where less is more in terms of design changes is what allows the Jeep Grand Cherokee to stay atop the SUV market place.
