What are the engine options?

If there is something you most definitely don't need to worry about with the Wrangler, it's power. There are many different options that you will be able to choose from, all of which giving you the capability you've come to expect with this vehicle. We'll briefly mention the 4xe plug-in hybrid version, which won't be available until midway through the model year, and comes with a 27 kWh hybrid battery pack. The base engine is a 3.6-liter V6, which can output 285 horsepower and up to 260 pound-feet of torque. You'll either get a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. Another available engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder, which produces 270 horsepower and around 295 pound-feet of torque. The last available engine is a 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel V6, which generates 260 horsepower and around 442 pound-feet of torque.

What is the trim lineup?

After you've focused in on the engine lineup, it's important to see what trims are available. There are four different models to choose from, with various different packages. The base model, Sport, comes with tow hooks, cranks windows, a 5-inch touchscreen display, skid plates, manual door locks, and fog lights. The Sport S trim comes in with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheels, power windows and door locks, tinted windows, and air conditioning. The final trim we're discussing is the off-road focused model, called Rubicon. This trim includes rock rails, automatic climate control, keyless entry with push-button start, 17-inch wheels, electronic locking front and rear differentials, heavy0duty Dana 44 front and rear axles, cloth interior, soft-top roof, and electronic disconnecting front stabilizer bar.
